Practicing yoga helps me build strength and flexibility both physically and mentally. It has brought me wisdom to deeply connect with myself. I enjoy the journey of exploring and gaining insight from the feelings, thoughts, and emotions that generate from each practice. Yoga also encourages me to build trust and compassion for people around me, for the world, and most importantly, for myself.


My passion is health and wellness of body and mind. Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath, and my goal is to share this experience with everyone through my teachings.

I am RYT 500, RPYT Yoga Alliance certified.  I accept private client and organization based classes.

CPR AED Certified with the America Heart Association
